Pediatrician (Bilingual Spanish)

Opportunity Overview:
We are seeking a Spanish-speaking BC/BE Pediatrician for our client's s thriving practice in metropolitan Phoenix. This is a fantastic, employed position offering a weekday, clinic-only schedule, with no call required. 35-40 average patients per day. Hospitalist service is available in all surrounding hospitals, but client will give preference to candidates who enjoy inpatient work and would be willing to incorporate hospital rounds (newborns) into their schedule once they've had a chance to get established clinically .
Our client has been serving children in metropolitan Phoenix and suburban Tempe for over 20 years. and are highly respected in the community. Their patient base is primary Spanish-speaking, so it is critical that candidates are conversationally fluent. The practice currently has three providers (1 MD and 2 PAs) and will consider full-time candidates only as they are always busy!
They have own two spacious clinics, one in Phoenix and the other just a few minutes to the east in Tempe. Both clinics are well equipped with 6 exam rooms, separate treatment and screening rooms, and ample office space. Each location offers very convenient freeway access, and are within commutable distance of most any area in the valley.

Compensation/Benefits:
$130,000 Base Salary
Paid Vacation sick time, and holidays
5 Days CME/$1500 reimbursement
Paid malpractice insurance
Full medical and dental benefits
Requirements:
Active Arizona MD/DO license(or eligibility for AZ license)
Min. of 1-2 years clinical experience preferred, but'09 residents will be considered
Bilingual English/Spanish absolutely required
U.S. Residency-trained in Pediatrics
ABP Board Certified/Eligible
U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident status (not a H1B or J1 visa area)
