PHYSICAL THERAPIST –OUTPATIENT SETTING –ARIZONA
Description:
$75,000 annual compensation.
Practice also offers % of billings (after one year).
15-20 patients per day.
Four (4) weeks vacation plus 9 holidays.

Requirements:
3 years experience as a PT
Applicant must be a graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy with current Physical Therapy License and current Basic Cardiac Life Support Certification.
