Emergency Medicine Physician - Northwest Florida

Our client in northwest Florida is seeking an EM residency-trained, BC/BE Emergency Medicine to join their established and highly respected group at 450 + bed, tertiary care trauma center with a Level II adult & peds ER. The hospital is technologically state-of-the-art and offers a wide range of services including a Heart & Vascular Center, Stroke Center, Women's & Children's Hospital, and numerous sub-specialties.
The Emergency Department treats 80K patients annually , has 55 dedicated beds, and uses IBEX EMR. The hospital owns its own air ambulance service. In terms of scheduling, the ED is staffed with triple MD coverage plus residents and MLPs. Physicians work a mix of 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts or block schedules. Compensation is highly competitive (hourly + bonus/incentives). Benefits include medical, dental, vision, short & long term disability, malpractice with pre-paid tail, robust retirement, etc.
Requirements:
Active Florida MD/DO license required
Min. of 1-2 years inpatient experience preferred
U.S. Residency-trained in Emergency Medicine
ABEM/AOBEM Board Certified/Eligible
U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident status (not a H1B or J1 visa area)
